A good service for organizers of group trips is just as important to us as attractive discounts when purchasing larger ticket contingents. Below we provide you with an overview of discounts, booking conditions and services.

Booking Conditions

Early booking discount 2025

25% discount when you purchase at least 20 tickets for a performance by 15th of February 2025 and a complimentary free ticket for the tour guide* (not for sale, in the lowest-priced category booked).

DISCOUNTS from February 16, 2025

• 10% discount for orders of 10 or more tickets

• 10% discount and, when purchasing at least 20 tickets for a performance, an additional free tour guide ticket (subject to availability)

• 15% discount from the 40th ticket as well as an additional non-saleable tour guide ticket (subject to availability)

The final group size factors in all tickets purchased as part of the early bird discount. The group discounts cannot be combined with other discounts/special discounts.

Taster offer for sales partners

People working for tour operators, travel agents, and organizations that arrange group excursions to St. Margarethen are eligible for a 20% discount on a ticket for themselves and an accompanying guest. Available on request (please email: tickets@panevent.at), subject to availability, and not applicable to extra legroom seats.

Free ticket for the tour guide

The tour guide is entitled to one free ticket when accompanying agroup of 20+ people. This is for the lowest-priced category of bookedseat always and is marked “Reiseleiterfreikarte” (tour guide freeticket). Resale or giving the “Reiseleiterfreikarte” to a third party isstrictly prohibited.

Service for coach drivers

All coach drivers will be given a drinks voucher (allocated when thedriver parks in the Festival grounds).

Parking lots

There are plenty of parking lots for coaches in the Festival grounds.

Free shuttle bus to the foyer park for people with disabilities

People with disabilities or seniors can take the free shuttle bus from themain entrance to the Foyer Park. The bus is equipped for disabledvisitors and is operated by qualified staff. No booking required.The Festival Arena is fitted with disabled toilets.
