Xhoiden Dervishi
Xhoiden Dervishi was born in Kruja, Albania, and was already appearing in numerous concerts as early as age 7. At the age of 14 he began studying singing at the music school in Tirana (Liceu Artistik Jordan Misja). He is currently studying at the University of Music and Arts of the City of Vienna.
Since 2019 Xhoiden Dervishi has been 'Ambasador for Peace', a title awarded by Dr Sun Myung Moon and Dr Hak Ja Han Moon in Albania and Austria by the Universal Peace Federation.
He is winner of numerous awards such as Nina Mula Award of the Tirana Talent Foundation, 1st prize and the Gaqo Avrazi Prize of the Jorgjia Truja Festival awarded by tenor Enzo Tei, 1st prize in the Ars Kosovo competition, 1st prize winner of in singing category in 'Virtuozët' ('Prodiges' Endemol Productions), among others.
In 2023 he was performed in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg at the Landestheater Linz and made his solo debut at the LAC Lugano, Switzerland, in Ludwig van Beethoven's 9th Symphony.
